I am so happy to announce a whole day devoted to your health and nutrition. I am partnering with my wonderful Health Coach friend Trisha, to bring you a taster day full of all the tools you need to know how to start/continue on your healthy lifestyle. HOORAY.

You all know by now, I don’t do ‘diets’, I don’t do calorie counting. I am all about eating nourishing foods, food we were designed to eat, so we can have optimal health.
