Trisha Barker is an awesome qualified Life Coach & NLP Practitioner who believes we should break free from stress and burnout to improve our wellbeing in order to lead a happier, healthier life.
You all know by now, I don’t do ‘diets’, I don’t do calorie counting. I am all about eating nourishing foods, food we were designed to eat, so we can have optimal health.
