Juices and Smoothies


This is to make a fresh juice, so you will need a juicer not a smoothie maker. Simply add all ingredients to your juicer and enjoy.

Juices are great when you want a nutrient boost, or after a heavy night, because hey its all about balance right.

Orange, Carrot + Ginger – 2 persons

2 oranges

1 bag of organic carrots (approx. 8) – don’t bother peeling them

1 piece of ginger (thumb sized)


Green Juice – 2 persons

Five handfuls of spinach

1/2 a pineapple

The juice of 1 lemon

5 stalks of celery

1/2 a cucumber


Watermelon + mint – 2 persons

1 watermelon

1/2 a cucumber

4 handfuls of mint
