Rebecca is a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist in the North West of England, based in Chorley in Lancashire.
She studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine for 3 years and she is accredited with BANT and the CNHC.
Rebecca specialises in Lyme Disease and Chronic Fatigue.
She also works at the London Clinic of Nutrition alongside some of the best Lyme specialists in the UK, whilst also lecturing at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Manchester.
After suffering with Chronic Fatigue and Lyme Disease for 12 years she found nutrition to be hugely beneficial on her journey of recovery. From the age of 13 she had long periods of being bed bound and only able to go out of the house in a wheelchair. This is now her area of speciality, due to her great depth of personal experience, she can really understand what these clients need.
Rebecca’s passion is helping others on their own journey to better health, because she has learnt you don’t have to live with those aches and pains everyday. Changing your diet and lifestyle, even slightly, can result in great improvements to your health. She doesn’t believe anyone has to live with that constant irritable bowel every time you eat, the low energy all the time or the reoccurring headaches. We should all enjoy life everyday and feel amazing!
“I’m not about calorie counting, I’m not about crash diets, I am all about eating the right foods for your body in order for it to heal and freeing you to be the best you you can be”
“Nutrition literally changed my life, I learnt that having a tailored plan and changing how I ate could change how I feel. My symptoms began to improve and I realised how powerful our food is, and that after all these years I could finally be well again!” – Rebecca
